Who is Brewed Hair Care for?
Brewed Hair Care is for women (and even men) who want to use high-quality hair products with all-natural ingredients that will help to encourage/stimulate hair growth, reduce the risk of hair loss and shedding, relieve itchy and dry scalp, etc. Our products were also formulated with sensitive skin in mind which means less skin irritation.
What makes your brand different than any other hair care brand?
Our brand's mission to create and/or restore the joy associated with wash day. Wash day should be a calming and easy experience where you get to take that time to pamper yourself. We believe that everyone deserves to have a luxury haircare experience free of all chemicals that can be harmful to our bodies.
What is the shelf life for your products?
Our products have a shelf life between 6-12 months due to the natural preservatives used. Shelf life will be extended in months to come after we receive more funding for our home operated business.

How should I store my products?
Please make sure to store your products in a cool and dry place that is free from humidity and any condensation.
What is a sample hair care regimen to use with your products?
1. Throughly wet hair with warm water and apply our Green Tea Moisturizing Shampoo or your favorite shampoo to your scalp and drag to the ends of your hair using a downward motion. Rinse out shampoo using warm water.
2. Apply our Fully Charged Green Tea Hair Rinse (Caffeinated or Decaffeinated) directly to your scalp and the lengths of your hair using our nozzle. Apply plastic cap and let sit between 10-30 minutes depending on the level of hair shedding. Rinse out hair rinse and proceed to next step
3. Apply our Green Tea Moisturizing Conditioner to your hair and finger detangle or use a detangling tool to gently help get out tangles. Let our conditioner sit without a cap for at least 10 minutes to allow penetration into the hair. Rinse out conditioner
4. Apply Green Tea Revitalizing Hair Mask and let sit under a plastic cap for 15-30 minutes with or without heat (add heat for deeper penetration/dryness). Rinse out throughly
5. Proceed with desired hair styling using a leave-in conditioner and styler of your choice
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All of our products are made upon order just for you and made with organic and natural ingredients free of harmful chemicals. Please verify items in your cart before submitting an order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. For example, with our processing time being as little as 1 business day, you could receive your order as soon as the next business day if you submit your order before 3 pm EST. There is FREE 1-3 day shipping on all orders of $25 or more (until November 27th, 2021).
What shipping options do you offer?
USPS First Class Package (5-8 Day Shipping) USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Day Shipping) and Priority Mail Express (Next Day to 2 Day Shipping)
Are your products safe for babies and kids?
Although there are some products of ours that have lower concentrations of green tea and green tea has natural caffeine present, we would not recommend use on babies, kids, or teens. Our Green Tea collection was formulated for adults only. There will be separate collections coming for babies, kids, and teens in the future.
Are your products available for women who are pregnant?
Please consult your physician first before attempting to use our products since they do contain caffeine and some have higher levels of caffeine than others.
Can I use Brewed Hair Care hair products if I am breastfeeding?
Please consult your physician on this answer. Our Moisturizing Green Tea Hair Growth Oil and Our Fully Charged Green Tea Caffeinated Hair Rinse have the most natural caffeine out of all of our products to give the maximum amount of hair growth. We do have the Fully Charged Green Tea Decaffeinated Hair Rinse available with little to no caffeine present with many of the same benefits of green tea.
