Thank you for shopping with us here at Brewed Hair Care. We process and assemble orders daily Monday through Friday except for preorders. Typically, all processed and assembled orders are shipped as they come in.
Brewed Hair Care does not guarantee the validity or success of any discount codes outside of the coupon codes provided directly from Brewed Hair Care.
Shipping Options (Domestic Orders)
We offer various delivery options. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the overall weight of each order.
**Due to the Covid-19 impact, orders may be delayed by a selected delivery carrier. We will communicate with you if we are alerted of any delays**
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order. All orders processed after 3pm EST will be sent out for next business day orders. (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm EST will continue processing on the following business day.)
Pre-order Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date your order was placed for confirmation of order shipments. Your order will be delivered based on your original shipping rate selected.

International Customs Regulations
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Brewed Hair Care reserves 30 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date.
All damaged claims must be submitted within 14 days, along with photo evidence (highly suggested) in to ensure proper resolution.
Items Not in Stock
We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Some products may become back order items. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of your order, we will send out all available items and place the remaining item(s) on back order. Your remaining back order items will be shipped separately as soon as possible with no extra shipping costs charged to you.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us at brewedhaircare.com. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All of our products made upon order just for you and made with organic and natural ingredients free of harmful chemicals. Please verify items in your cart before submitting an order. All sales are final after submission
Purchases Made Through Retailers
Please contact the store (ex. Amazon) where you purchased your products for a return or exchange. Brewed Hair Care is unable to process a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.
